RCOY Rotarians attended the Rotary Leadership Institute recently for the latest training session. President Mandy achieved Level 3 and was given a certificate and pin acknowledging her achievement. Fellow Rotarians David Cohen and Costas Menegakis attended the Level 2 sessions.
